Participants of ZPIF "Consortium.First" Begin Direct Ownership of Yandex Shares

Yandex announces the completion of transferring company shares directly to participants of the closed-end mutual fund (ZPIF) “Consortium.First.” The changes in shareholder structure will not impact the company's strategy or day-to-day operations. The management team continues to run the company and make key decisions, while retaining all special shareholder rights acquired during the restructuring.

The company's share capital is now distributed among major shareholders (66.58%), incentive program administrators (3.62%), and free-float shares (29.8%).

Among the major shareholders holding over 5% of the company's capital are Yandex's management team — 16.3%, Alexander Chachava's structure — 16.03%, and Catalytic People —  9.89%. ZPIF “Argonaut” has transferred its minority stake to two other closed-end mutual funds, with each now holding less than 5% of Yandex's capital.

The major shareholders remain long-term investors, underscoring their confidence in the business's sustainable growth. At the same time, no single shareholder holds a controlling stake.
