Yandex B2B Tech Launches Alice AI Pro for Business

Yandex B2B Tech has introduced Alice AI Pro for Business, an extended version of the company's enterprise AI assistant designed for banks, retailers, industrial corporations, and other companies with special requirements for data storage and processing. It can be deployed on a company's own infrastructure and flexibly configured to its needs. For example, teams can choose the underlying model themselves or build highly specialized skills.

Alice AI Pro for Business is a versatile AI agent that can handle complex, multi-step tasks. It can be used in virtually any department, from design and marketing to accounting, HR, and legal. Users simply describe a task in plain language, and the assistant carries it out in the same applications an employee would normally use, such as CRM systems, document tools, and accounting software. To complete a task, Alice AI Pro assembles its own team of specialized AI agents. While they gather information and work with documents and corporate systems, the assistant coordinates their work, verifies outputs, and consolidates the final result.

Users can work with the ready-to-use skills or create their own, with no coding required.

Plugins connect the assistant to external applications and services, with more than 20 integrations already available. The Phygital+ plugin, for example, helps generate images and video for marketing materials, while AvangardAI turns the assistant into a training simulator for sales professionals. The number of plugins will keep growing, with contributors expected from both established software providers and startups. Companies using Alice AI Pro for Business can also connect external or internal services via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Several large industrial companies are already testing the new assistant.
