We do not install any program or application as part of another without the user’s knowledge. We do not automatically create shortcuts to our programs on the user’s desktop without their consent. (We used to do this (with the best intentions); however, we put a halt to this practice once we realized our users were unhappy about it, and this point was added to the list of our principles.)
